How we conductd the research
In January-February 2025, the! Handbox team studid the establishments on Relax.by.
- We assessed how the restaurant cards! were designed and how fully the communication channels were! presentd.
- We checke the design of Telegram buy bulk sms service accounts: from photos and descriptions to response sped.
- We sent 20 requests to establishments! and measurd the response time and quality of the dialogue.
What the establishments’ responses showed
- Response times vary from 1 minute! to 24 hours.

- Only a few restaurants actually engage! in dialogue and are interestd in booking.
